Where duplicate accounts are detected, 866ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all winnings and bonus balances, and retain deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must notify 866ph support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. 866ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Your 866ph account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or make available your account to any third party. 866ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit at 866ph is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. All transactions on the 866ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Where a payment is made or received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers available on the 866ph Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions of this Section. Where there is a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
Bonuses are available only to verified Philippine resident account holders who are 21 years of age or older. Each bonus or promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, applicable game categories, and opt-in requirements. All applicable games on the 866ph Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications are maintained through accredited testing laboratories. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 866ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, or losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or game malfunctions.
866ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your 866ph account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 866ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
866ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
866ph may terminate your account and cease providing services to you at any time by providing notice to your registered email address. Upon termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms, 866ph will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
You may close your 866ph account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that KYC requirements have been fulfilled. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
866ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or through a notification within the Platform prior to taking effect.
